 My name is Nicki Barone, aka The Cake Lady, and I am a stay-at-home mom with my 4-year-old daughter and wife to my supportive husband, Erik. I started this hobby-turned-business after deciding to make my daughter’s 3rd birthday princess castle cake. From that one castle cake pan I now have over 125 pans! Making cakes has become my passion and making them affordable to everyone is just icing on the cake!
Having a Cake Lady cake at your party/event is not only a time-saver during the planning and set-up, but really accommodates today’s busy mom. I offer delivery throughout San Diego County 7 days a week at the time requested by you. Each cake is personalized with colors and writing that you choose. All cakes are priced at $25 or two for $45, making it very affordable to have that personalized touch at your next event!
For children’s birthday parties I have everything from Disney characters including princesses, Lightning McQueen, and Nemo to children’s’ favorites like Sesame Street, Dora and Diego, and much more! My baby shower cakes have been a huge hit as well. If you’re going to a dinner party/event, why not bring along one of The Cake Lady’s cakes? It would make a yummy conversation piece!
The Cake Lady’s cakes are currently featured at Kidsville in Poway and Superplay in Escondido. I also love donating cakes to wonderful organizations, including San Diego Bargain Mama, The Parent Connection, MOPS of North County and the Joe and Mary Mottino Family YMCA.
